My name is Austin Caldwell, and I am an American student who studied in Rome for 3 months.  During my time in Rome, I traveled the city looking for the best gelato.  I have researched the history of gelato and the differences between gelato and ice cream.  This blog exists to share my knowledge, and my opinions, about various gelaterie in Roma, Italia.
